Carpet Cleaning

MMS Cleaning uses a multi-stage process to achieve the best results
for your carpets.

Standard Carpet Care

1. Our technician will do a pre-inspection and customer consultation.
2. He will then move furniture (see FAQ's #5 for included furniture).
3. Next is application of a pre-spotter, for those difficult stains.
4. A hot pre-spray will be applied, to ensure maximum soil separation from carpet fibres.
5. Extraction is next, using our powerful truck mounted steam cleaner, which delivers high and consistent heat and powerful vacuum,
resulting in a clean carpet, and quick drying.
6. Your furniture will then be replaced, and foam blocks and plastic protection tabs will be placed under the legs of your furniture to ensure that wood stain does not leach into your carpet.

Deluxe Carpet Care

Deluxe carpet care includes the standard process, plus a pre-vacuuming of your carpets, and rotary agitation with a brush following the pre-spray, for carpets that are badly soiled and stained.  The need for this will be determined and discussed with you in the pre-inspection and customer consultation.
